Can't hear the inperson answers- perhaps repeat for the remote audience.
Shelly Stobierski
01:58:18
It would be helpful if you could repeat what the live audience members are saying.
Chris Hill

Lots of reference to SBIRs and OTA but what about non-DoD entities.

I'd also be interested in the barriers to entry for small businesses that not FedRAMPed.

02:19:55
DOD and DHS typically leaning forward on procurement innovation. What is your suggestion when working with agency's who lag behind in procurement innovation?
Chris Hill
02:25:23
Does DHS have a SBIR like process? That is unclear.
Chris Hill
02:26:55
In particular, does CISA have an innovation lab or SBIR/ STTR like vehicle? FedRAMP is a huge problem for innovative organizations.
Katherine Lugo
02:30:43
what about agencies that don’t have SBIR can we still use the same authority to do a direct award to a company with a SBIR contract?
Joe Re

Keith
02:45:30
If the panel discusses FedRamp, could they cover FedRamp as a service (e.g. Projecthosts)
Katherine Lugo
02:46:47
rephrased: can any agency award a SBIR phase 3 ? DOS for instance does not have a SBIR program but would love to award some phase 3s.
Brenda Beck
02:53:51
why does the ATO process need to be done completed one agency/bureau at a time? it doesn't seems we need to start from scratch each time.
Kristen Hajduk
02:54:51
can someone share Jamie's full name and spelling -- the person who helps the innovation team at State?
Joe Re
02:59:37
^ It's Jaime Gracia - Director of Strategic Enterprise Programs, part of the Center for Acquisition Experience under Mike Derrios, Senior Procurement Executive

As a Dcode Alumni, we have had FSI's buy and implement our product, and deliver the 'outcome' of the product, to the government customer, as-a-service. The barrier to entry was MUCH lower, and it met a critical gov't need, in a timely manner.
